Position Overview

Role: Customer Service Intern

Work Schedule: Shift-based, including weekends
Interns will work closely with existing customers and field sales teams to ensure excellent service delivery, product support, and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Interns in the Customer Service department will be expected to:

Make daily phone calls to customers and field sales officers in rural areas

Respond to product and service inquiries

Guide customers in selecting suitable agricultural products

Maintain high standards of customer service to support retention and satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:

Customer Service
-
Sales and Marketing
-
Business Administration
-
Or a closely related field
-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent listening and customer care abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision

Fluent in Kiswahili, with good command of English

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
