Job Summary – Data Security Specialist
The Data Security Specialist will play a crucial role in securing both business and customer data. You’ll manage data loss prevention systems, enforce compliance with international and local standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, Tanzania’s Data Protection Bill), and lead cybersecurity assessments.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce data protection standards and best practices

Monitor and optimize data security systems

Investigate and report data security incidents

Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments

Provide cybersecurity guidance on projects and system development

Maintain the Personal Data Processing Register (PDPR)

Required Qualifications:
