What You’ll Do:
Social Media Marketing

Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and more

Create and schedule compelling posts, stories, videos, and reels that reflect Moshaki’s brand tone

Monitor social trends and use data insights to improve performance

Respond to customer messages and comments in a professional, timely manner

Work with the website and content team to produce blogs, visuals, and promotional campaigns

Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and report performance weekly
Order Fulfillment & E-Commerce

Process and manage customer orders via e-commerce platforms

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery

Handle returns, customer inquiries, and product exchanges

Maintain accurate inventory levels and update product listings (photos, descriptions, pricing, availability)

Keep an eye on stock levels and recommend timely restocks
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce

Strong grasp of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

Good command of English and Swahili (written and spoken)

Skilled in multitasking, organization, and communication

Familiar with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Etsy

Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
